These Terms govern your use of areto.studio (the "Site"), operated by Areto (the "Company").

2. Scope

These Terms apply to the company and product information, blog, inquiry form and newsletter on the Site.

Each product operated by the Company, such as Hailey (hailey.team) and ddocument (ddocument.work), is governed by the terms and privacy policy posted on that product's site.

3. Changes to these Terms

The Company posts these Terms on the Site.

The Company may update these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will post changes on the Site at least 7 days before they take effect.

The Site may link to the Company's product sites and to third-party websites. Third-party websites are the responsibility of their operators.

8. Disclaimer

Information on the Site is provided to introduce the Company and its products. The Company works to keep it accurate and current but does not guarantee its fitness for any particular purpose.

The Company is not liable when the Site is unavailable for reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters or network failures, except for damage caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to the Site shall be resolved by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
